Homemade Brazil Nut Milk
As I was writing a recent newsletter, I was reminded of the super amazing benefits of selenium! Brazil nuts are the highest source, so naturally, I was inspired to switch up my usual cashew milk to make Brazil nut milk.
Homemade Brazil Nut Milk
1 cup Brazil nuts, soaked at least 4-6 hours, then drained
4 cups water
Place nuts and water in a high-speed blender. Process about two minutes. Strain through a nut milk bag. Enjoy for up to 5 days!
