White Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie
Raw cacao is one of the healthiest foods, and is known to be one of the greatest sources of polyphenols (a powerful antioxidant) in our diet today. It works to reduce inflammation, improve heart health and boost immunity. There are two health fats found in this smoothie, which will help keep you satiated all morning long!
White Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie
Serves 2
- 2 cups nut milk of choice (I used almond)
- 2 tablespoons coconut cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup raw cacao butter
- 1 heaping tablespoon melted coconut butter
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 2 Medjool dates, pits removed
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender until creamy. Enjoy!
