Eye-Opening and Becoming More Mindful
What I loved most about Counting Colors were the workbook, recipe book and the online seminars. I loved seeing the connection with the mind/body aspect. I had many realizations, especially how much I was in a sympathetic state, especially at work, and how it was affecting my daily attitude and feelings towards meals as well. I also realized how much I stressed about the future vs my feelings of the right now. This course has definitely opened my eyes towards mindfulness and the importance of it.
Since taking the course, I am more mindful of situations and am seeing more positivity daily. If you are considering taking Counting Colors, know that it really is a great blend of science and the mind/body connection. I would definitely recommend doing the workbook as it helped the sessions sync together and become applicable to every day life. Thank you so very much for a great course!
